Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to analytics engagements, advisory sessions and Retention Lab workshops booked directly with Compilerscopebase.

Before work starts

You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. If no work has begun and no non-recoverable cost has been committed, prepaid fees will be refunded in full. Any specifically purchased data access, venue, travel or other approved third-party cost is non-refundable once committed.

Work already started

If analysis, preparation or facilitation has begun, we will deduct the value of work completed and approved committed costs. The remaining prepaid balance, if any, is refundable. Completed workshops, delivered analysis and accepted milestones are non-refundable.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge when at least two business days' notice is provided. Later requests may incur a reasonable preparation or scheduling charge stated before rebooking. A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable, though we may offer one alternative time at our discretion.

Deposits

A proposal may require a deposit to reserve capacity. Deposits are refundable before work starts except for approved committed costs. Once work begins, the deposit is applied against work performed and becomes refundable only to the extent a balance remains.

If we cancel

If we cannot deliver and no suitable reschedule is agreed, we will refund fees for the undelivered portion. If a service materially differs from the accepted scope, notify us promptly; we will first seek to correct or complete it and may offer a partial or full refund where correction is not reasonable.

How to request a refund

Call +60 33371-0142 or write to Psn Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Taman Chi Liung, 41200 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia with your name, engagement reference, reason and payment details sufficient to locate the transaction. Request within 14 calendar days of cancellation or the issue becoming apparent.

Processing

We will acknowledge requests within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your financial institution may take additional time to display the credit. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
